Procrastination Accountability Groups

Open to both undergraduate and graduate students, these group sessions are designed to offer students a confidential, safe space to explore their difficulties with procrastination. Faculty and staff are also welcome to join and participate. Groups are facilitated by an experienced Specialist who prepares the focus of each session with the individual goals of the members in mind.

Procrastination Accountability Groups have ended for Fall 2021. Please check back soon for Winter 2022 Group dates and times. Email Zeina Ghoul, al0644@wayne.edu, with questions or to request topics you would like covered during groups.

What our students say:

"Procrastination Accountability Group has been one of the best groups I've been in for my academic success. It is not only your regular accountability partners, but each session is backed with scientific research on ways to combat procrastination. I would have never discovered any of this on my own. I can confidently say that if you are serious about making a change and you attend this group, you'll see the results in your academics as well as other areas in your life."
